We know life is busy — that’s why our schedule is designed for real families. We have kids Jiu Jitsu on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to provide a productive after-school activity. Our adult classes run on the same days, with Open Mats on Wednesday and Saturday, including a Wednesday Kickboxing class and our Home School program!
